The CMS Cross Country league is run by Catholic Metro Sports. This program is for rising 5th-8th Grade students ONLY at the following Parishes/Schools: 

 Christ the King 

 Our Lady of the Assumption

Saint Brigid 

 Saint John the Evangelist 

 Saint Jude the Apostle 

 St Thomas More

Teams compete in the Catholic Metro Cross Country League (CMXC), which comprises Catholic schools/parishes throughout the metro area. CMXC schedule meets for all the teams Teams usually practice 2-3 times a week at their own Parish or School.  The season is August to October, with registration opening on July 1st, and is open to girls and boys from 5th – 8th grade.
